Cancellation Policy
We ask you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If you fail to do so, you may be required to pay your missed appointment before you can re-schedule another appointment. We understand that life happens!
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you think you are going to be late please give us a call. We will give you a 5 min grace period, if you’re going to be more then 15 minutes late, we might have to re-schedule depending on our schedule for the day. A little heads up is greatly appreciated! late fees apply for drop off and pick up!
Checks
We will not accept checks from new customers, however once you are an established customer we will accept them.
Right To Refuse Service
We have the right to refuse service, and are not required to provide a reason.
