Cancellation Policy

We ask you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If you fail to do so, you may be required to pay your missed appointment before you can re-schedule another appointment.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you think you are going to be late please give us a call. We will give you a 5 min grace period, if you’re going to be more then 15 minutes late, we might have to re-schedule depending on our schedule for the day. A little heads up is greatly appreciated! late fees apply for drop off and pick up!

Drop off / Pick up

You may drop off your dog up to one hour before the scheduled grooming appointment. We kindly ask that you pick up your dog within one hour of being notified that they are ready to go home. If you have scheduling conflicts, we’re happy to work with you; however, please arrange this with us in advance.

Please note that we do not offer daycare or daily boarding services.

Kenneling

Please be aware that we are not a kennel-free grooming salon. For the safety and comfort of all pets, dogs may be placed in kennels during their grooming session.

Health and Safety

Pets must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations (e.g., rabies) and free from contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination may be required.If your pet shows signs of illness, fleas, or ticks, we may refuse service or charge an additional fee for treatment and cleaning. Aggressive or severely anxious pets may not be accepted or may require a behavioral handling fee. Additional charges may apply for special handling, de-matting, or extended grooming time.

Prices

All pricing is based on your pet’s breed, size, haircut, coat condition, and behavior. Prices are subject to change without notice based on these factors or service modifications and price increases and changes.

Checks

We will not accept checks from new customers, however once you are an established customer we will accept them.

Right To Refuse Service

We have the right to refuse service, and are not required to provide a reason.
