Our team provide some of the best grooming in Spokane, getting to do what we love! Believing that energy is incredibly important to a dog’s psyche, especially when they are away from their loved ones. From young puppies being introduced to the process, and pets with special needs that may be fearful, nervous, or even a little feisty. Knowing that our clients trust us with their fur friend, the overall experience is our number one priority.

Frankie Chapin

Frankie has been grooming since 2008, 9 of which were in another local shop in Spokane. She decided it was time to open her own salon in 2019! This has given Frankie the opportunity and freedom to focus on what’s significant, and strive for her own personal success. Growing a strong customer relationship, providing quality service, and love for dogs and animals.

Frankie enjoys all breeds and cuts. Her main focus is when her clients are getting exactly the haircut they want and best suits their lifestyle and dog. She’s a bit doodle obsessed or anything poodle mix. She just thinks they are so cute!

When she’s not immersed in my ever-evolving business, you’ll find her embracing her roles as a proud dog mom to Chuck(englishbulldog) and Glen (mini bernedoodle). She’s passionate about living a healthy, clean lifestyle, having any reason to be outdoors, diving into home renovation projects, gardening, laughing when she can and cherishing quality time with her husband, Matt and loved ones.

Sarah Sharp

Sarah has been grooming since 2012, but her love for dogs started long before that. Ever since she was a little girl, she's been dog-obsessed, and getting her first dog as a teenager (though not soon enough, in her opinion) only fueled that passion. What she loves most about grooming is getting all the affection from dogs without having to own them all! Sarah makes her grooms look like fluffy perfection, and enjoys taking pictures of them looking adorable after.

Her favorite cuts are always anything fluffy, with short layered ears, she also loves anything doodle!

Outside of grooming, Sarah enjoys spending time with both her human and fur children. She loves taking long walks with her dogs, Stanley (a Border Collie) and Walter (a St. Poodle), playing basketball with her son, and curling up for movie nights with popcorn.

Gabi Mickelson

Gabi began her grooming journey part-time from 2015 through 2019, while in high school and college. Her first dog, Gus—a Bichon Frise—inspired her love for grooming, which she continued to develop while studying. After graduating with a major in ecology and a minor in forestry in 2021, she couldn’t stay away for long and committed to grooming full-time in 2022. Gabi's favorite cuts are outline trims, and she adores cute round faces and short ears. She values building a trusting relationship and a positive grooming experience for dogs and their owners.

Outside of work, Gabi is an adventurer who loves hiking, skiing, camping, and traveling. With a passion for picking up new hobbies each year, she enjoys cooking, crocheting, and growing her houseplant collection. Gabi cherishes time with her fiancé, pets, and loved ones, making the most of her time at home or out on her next adventure.

Kiltee

Kiltee has been grooming since 2017, her main focus right now is being a bather, bath/deshed services. She does have the experience of both a groomer and bather and has groomed cats, goats and sheep in the past. She loves being able to work with and build relationships with dogs! She has a soft spot for Shih Tzu and Boston Terriers.

Originally from California, Kiltee appreciates the snowy and rainy seasons that Spokane brings. When she’s not at work, she enjoys relaxing with her pets—Malekai, a Pitbull mix; Theo, a Boston Terrier/Shih Tzu mix; and her two cats. She loves hitting the road for road trips, going to music festivals, and has a passion for modified cars.
